First you have to go to Settings in your Phone. Then you will see network setting just select that and create new connection from there. Computer or Laptop Airtel Trick
Download Mozilla Firefox browser if you don't have installed. After installation now open it to setup proxy. Now Open options in Browser and Select advanced tab from there and then click on Network tab. After all this now click on Manual Connection settings and add the below given proxy and port digits.
Save the Settings now.
